Windows Updated, now phantom cams

Never seen this before. Windows just updates and not im getting this.
Deleting the cams cause BI to crash.

Appears that something is corrupt... suggestions?

repaired the database, repair/regenerage, deleted some cams.. Back up now.


weird issue.
