wmvcore.dll missing

I am running Windows 7 32 bit and I installed Blue Iris. When I try to launch Blue Iris admin interface I get the message that I am missing wmvcore.dll. Anyone know how to fix it?

That did not work. Does Blue Iris install the file? Is there something that could prevent it from being installed if it does install it? I scanned my drives and it's not there.

try this: Download Media Feature Pack for Windows 7 N with Service Pack 1 and Windows 7 KN with Service Pack 1 (KB968211) from Official Microsoft Download Center
