Wow! This guy is genius!

Yes I agree he has some great content on his channel.. No it is kind of in the video, Shows the website used and that he found data.. That is one thing about his videos he gives good detail but seems to keep out data that others could use to do the same.. You know kind of like a Urban Explorer that finds a house and shows you the house but don't want to give you the house address to kind of keep down on people that might damage them.. While he does show content that he found on what search site but not what he used to find them.. That data he was able to extract from the camera he has and reversed engineered so he could learn the header and then did a search for that header.. I didn't notice what the header was so not sure it was in the video..

OK here is the string he used in Censys:

services.http.response.body:"Not found your stream. PLease contact administrator to get correct stream name"

And then in VLC you take any of the IP addresses and add :8080/cam1ir or /cam1color

But I guess they figured it out with so many hitting it and it has been shut down LOL.

But maybe some other cams are accessible unless it was Motorola itself that pushed out an update.

I tried his example in a browser and in VLC and neither worked. One of the comments on the video might be right, that a lot of people are hitting it and causing a denial of service situation.

I suspect that the one he used in the video everyone is trying LOL.

The bigger question will be will anyone care or does Motorola put out a firmware update to require user/pw?

Doing an IP search for where it could say. But if the device like in the video said most are showing different area but really seems they are just mobile device bought from that area or programmed with that area of IP but from plates still showing iL most likely still there.. Unless you find one that is showing a lot of NY and has a Ny IP then my guess is that it would be NY.. But seeing these are cell wireless enabled cameras ip could belong to any state other then the one it is stationed in..

lpr is done using the IR camera

Yeah I know LOL. I have been doing LPR a long time.

My point is most interstates will be lit up more than a residential neighborhood and look how much that one struggled, so this will be an awesome image to show the NOOB.

And then we get the NOOB here in a dark subdivision expecting to capture color LPR with a few 5watt solar lights lol.
