Testing out the new X-Spans series camera, one of the drawbacks of a PTZ for me is that most of them have a pretty narrow field of view. One way to overcome this is to use a trigger cam to call up the PTZ to a preset, so it can auto track after a IVS rule is established and tripped on the PTZ.
Or a couple fixed cams.
Another way is to set a 4k-T180 on top of a PTZ.
This series price points range from affordable with the 4e-PV to the expensive with a 8c PTZ.
I just set it up the 4e and will put up some more video when time allows, so far it looks like a pretty good series.
