You don't see this everyday.

We saw one of those in our town the other day. It looks like the four gadgets at the corners are rotating laser scanners like those used to create 3d models or used on autonomous vehicles.

It was threatening to rain, and the folks parked it and scrambled to get it covered with a tarp.

Seen again elsewhere, entering a construction area, it missed seeing a "right lane must turn right", which is shown by a number of signs well before you reach the intersection, and it blatantly went straight, causing a bit of a problem when it was forced to then merge with traffic where the lane ends.
