I've got a yucheng auto tracking ptz, Model P02X2P4T20, I've had it for about 5 years now and to be fair to it apart from about 3 years ago whe it stopped auto tracking it has performed perfectly,
I've now got the same issue where it has stopped auto tracking again, on the previous occasion I'm pretty sure someone on this forum was able to remotely access it and do a firmware re-install that got it working again,
Unfortunately I no longer have their details, is there someone who would have a copy of the correct firmware for this model or be able to do it for me.
