The top one is from the camera and the bottom one is from BI. You really should remove one of them. The top one is removed from the camera GUI and the bottom one is removed from BI.

For future reference, it is best to post these questions to the forum instead of your profile as nobody will see it in the profile comment.
Hello. I bought one of these ip POE onvif cameras from Aliexpress. I appears not to work. It has a 12v socket and an ethernet socket. There is an led on the ethernet socket labelled LAN. I would expect that to light up when connected to an ethernet port on my router but alas , no. . I've tried several ethernet cables but to no avail. I've an H.VIEW Chinese cctv system which was tricky to setup so I'm no stranger to badly translated sparse manuals but this has me stumped. It seems to be a faulty unit. Does anyone have any experience of these that they could share?

Update. It was advertised as POE but it requires a separate 12v supply. What tripped me up was the 12v connection is a bit dodgy. Wiggling it a bit made it work so that's 50% good. POE would have been better. Oh well.......
