New I7 pc

I’ve read the recommended hardware for pc’s, I just want to double check I’m covered if I purchase this pc. Currently running 8 cameras and my last hard drive burnt up cpu running real high even after doing some of the cpu saving functions. This is a description of the new pc

I think it’s 1TB according to the main page and yes we would be running just bi on this pc

So I could just go to eBay and find a similar one for a lot less

That's the problem with us new to IP cameras and setups we think and not know.

Don't buy that, check the wiki and cliff notes. Shop around at the outlets to find a used PC, see some of the many prior posts where users (including myself) ended up spending more than we would have if we had just followed the guidance in the cliff notes.

At that price you are nearly moving into a price range where you could easily buy brand new parts to build something at that price (which would also not be my recommendation)
