I recently updated the FW on my Dahua NVR as well as reinstalling SmartPSS using the latest version on the Dahua website (V2.003.0000001.0.R.200413). Everything is working fine, except that SmartPSS can't load any video streams. It's all configured correctly, but just sits on "Searching video" with no error messages. When I check the log I see 2 entries each time I try, with the same timestamp, one for start and one for end (something like "stream start", "stream end").
I can connect with an older version on my laptop just fine, and gDMSS/iDMSS work fine as well.
I'm chalking this one up to a bad version (although I would have expected some reports of this behaviour), and was looking to install an older version. However I'm having a hard time tracking down one that doesn't set off ransomware alerts in my antivirus (bitdefender). Dahua don't list old version download links so I'm trying links I find on e.g. mega or dropbox. Is there a way to find official download links from Dahua's website?
That said - I get the same AV alert from the version I downloaded from Dahua's wiki, so maybe a false positive...any thoughts?
