License Plate deskewing/rotation correction

Ive asked Ken for a feature request for plate deskewing/rotation correction.

CodeProject AI did something like this and I think it would be an added benefit for those of us who have sharp angles and skewed plates. I remember it helped before. Here is an example of what I have to deal with and a mockup using AI on how the plates would look after correction.





Hopefully he can do this.

I do have a model that can find the four corners of the license plate which is needed to do the perspective correction. I was planning on sharing it with Ken, I just have not got around to. I will try to email Ken in the next few days. Also there is a newer OCR that is better then the current one that Ken is using, it can identify the country of the plate. I am planning on retraining the model to identify the 50 States.
