I'm using CMS software and the camera is constantly scanning. I'm lost. I use the preset, PTZ controls but the camera keep scanning. How do you stop the camera?
Many PTZ presets have other usages... for example I have a camera that when you hit PTZ 32 it auto scans. You may want to check your instructions to see if the camera uses any presets for other purposes.

You are correct about this. This Sunba model has dedicated presets (according to it's documentation) for auto scans and patrols. They are in the 50's, 80's, and 90's range.
