I have tried some ip config tools but to no avail. Anyone knows any software to hear the broadcasts or other methods ? Thanks.

zero-degrees Known around here Aug 15, 2015 1,335 844 Oct 18, 2016 #3 You can also try Advanced IP Scanner. http://www.advanced-ip-scanner.com/ Main thing with a lot of tools is assuring you are at least on the same network as the camera (192.x.x.x or 10.x.x.x. etc). If the camera has DHCP enabled no problem, but that is very rare since you want static ip's for cameras.
