If you have a PTZ such as mine that requires >23 watts at night, that doesn't leave much budget left if you only have 78 to start with.

Did you previously mention what you were able to pick this up for and where?

I just noticed ubiquity has a new unifi 8 port switch coming out in the next couple of weeks. It is Gig, 60W Budget with 4 ports having PoE. No SFP and I think the price will be between $110 and $119. Saw a preorder st Baltic for $110.

I guess I just like the idea of my router, switch, and AP being from the same company.

Mike, Is the Web interface slow on this model, NETGEAR ProSAFE GS510TP? Are you happy with it?
I have this switch installed as my secondary, in a wall mounted rack. I have some of my devices hard wired but still waiting for Comcast to install my cable. So far all i can say is that the lights are on, and the poe connection to my AP is good. I like that it is quiet and does not need a cooling fan.
