First time video of my own. this car belong to my next door. First he tried t get the cat. but took him a while to take it. he came back after a few second. and the door is unlocked!!! he took the cd player.

A new law in CA takes effect in 2019 requiring temporary plates before the official ones come, like most (all?) other states do. We'll see if that changes anything.
