I've been waiting for a reply to an email I sent to BI support 9 days ago (resent a few days back).

I am only on extended support and appreciate a one man shop does mean gaps in cover, so just checking if anyone else has got any replies recently before I try sending from another email address?

Are you sending the info from the About tab in BI?
