Connection Failed.

I have reset the router connection, the dvr and power supply. Get no connection. Could it be app problem because if apple update?

Your problem description is a little vague.
Get no connection.
How many cams? Get no connection;
a) from camera to NVR?
b) of NVR on your LAN?
c) using the native UI of your NVR, or using browser on your home lan?

Could it be app problem because if apple update?
a) iphone from cell network (from internet to NVR)?
b) iphone using your home WiFi LAN?

If no connection using iphone cellular, maybe your cable modem has a new external IP address? Some ISPs will periodocally change your external ip address. (your external addr is usually now "fixed" address)

Provide more info, the folks here may be able to help....
