hikvision 2cd2XXXX series network abnormal

hikvision 2cd2XXXX 2032 and 2332 series network abnormal. I installed 10 of them. only 3 of them with different TCP port. after power went out and on again. lost video. but I can still see in login page of the camera. when I enter user name and password. it give me network abnormal message. but other 7 working fine with default tcp port. any ideal?

Hello,

I had the same error message when I forgot the password on my 2032 and entered the wrong password multiple times. The solution was to reset the camera using the physical reset button.

I didn't change the password. after power off and on. all cameras with tcp port changed other than 80 not working. the rest with 80, working.
