When trying to install BIT I get a message of "An access violation occurred while copying the file" (C:\Windows\system32\comctl32.dll) If I click on "Ignore" it "says" BIT was installed, but I cannot get the weather overlays to work anyway. Related? I checked the Help file online but the screenshots appear outdated after the automatic BIT version updates.

Please try the error files in the zip in the first post.

I uninstalled BIT so no files are left, but I can retry the install and duplicate everything. One question: BI is installed in the C:\Program Files folder. The default when installing BIT is the C:\Program Files (x86) folder. Does this matter? Should BIT be installed in the C:\Program Files folder with BI?

Doesn't matter where you install BIT too. The installer just pics the Program Files folder by default.

If the installer isn't working then just download the error zip in the first post and extract it wherever you want. After you open BIT it will do the rest (settings, create folders / files, etc.).

I am having the same issue, but cannot locate the "error-files only for issues.zip" file. Where is it located?
