and i still don't understand where the 1.1km came from when the OP was regarding ~400M...
You missed it in post #9 where the OP changed the location, increasing distance from 400m/1,300 ft. to 1.1 km/3,600 ft. If I understand correctly, that was done to provide AC power.

Certainly the OP needs to decide on a location in order to determine suitability of any approach.

ok, having cogitated a bit on the original question, how about a decent PTZ? I know you mentioned, "no PTZ", but
maybe you only meant to say you don't need to move it once set up? A decent PTZ with 45x zoom should be able to
give you >100PPF at 500m (per IPVM calculator for 2MP cam @150mm focal length.) You'd have to mount that sucker to
something real solid tho... Anyways, this could do it, perhaps:
US $688.75 5% OFF|Security CCTV IP Camera 2MP 45x Starlight IR PTZ Network Camera SD6CE245U HNI for Dahua Without Logo -in Surveillance Cameras from Security & Protection on Aliexpress.com | Alibaba Group
other options:

and i still don't understand where the 1.1km came from when the OP was regarding ~400M...
thank you @pozzello, "no PTZ" is based in two things: no need to move it once set up (like you said) and cost...but the one you suggested (
SD6CE245U-HNI) I think is ok... by the way, why you guys keeps recommending me Dahua if this is Hikvison´s sub-section?? is Dahua better?? or maybe cheaper??? I would like to know...
About distance is like this: NVR is located in point A, and there´s a cabin in point B (where is power) 400 mts away from the main gate. But if I can get the power nearby the gate (point C), then the link would be between point A and point C and the distance is 1.1 Km...

Hikvision is better, a bit expensive but worth the extra cash. They have an entire product line and am enjoying them these days for smooth integration: parking solution + Fire Alarm + CCTV + Access Control

They are also constantly evolving. Look at PoC Turbo Cams. Run your coaxial, no need to run power, no need for siamese cables.

Also compared to other brands that dominated a while back (Vivotek,Axis,Pelco,Boch), i give it to Hikvision in terms of pricing

i hadn't even noticed we were in the Hikvision subsection :)
I have all sorts of brands of cams (all useable with Blue Iris) and i wouldn't say Hik or Dahua is any better than the other in general.
it's just a matter of which cam is better suited for the application, and whether maybe one already has a Dahua or Hikvision NVR, for compatibility...
Hikvision may well have a PTZ or long-range fixed cam suitable for your application - I was just pointing out something suitable that's been
favorably reviewed here on IPCT...
