BI Application Error - The application was unable to start correctly

Could use some help with this. I installed the latest update from BI website and now BI wont start. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck. Any other suggestions?

Can you post a screenshot of the error, please? You could always downgrade if you have to, we have some recent BI update files in the downloads section

Good call. I installed an older version and then was able to update.

So older version is working? Make sure you have auto-update on Blue Iris turned off so that it doesn't automatically update and cause issues. Blue Iris Tools and @bp2008's update tool also keeps update files for you so you can easily revert back.

I get the same error with the newest one.

I don’t see a download link for the full install of BI only the updates.

Does anyone have a link?

If you already have BI installed then all you need is the update file to downgrade.

I do not already have it installed. That is why I was asking for the full installer.

I am working on a new PC build and there is something wrong with the one on BI site that was just updated March 7.

Even if you try to update it to a lower version it does not work.

There seems to be no download for the previous full installer only the updates.
