Solution:
Problem is FIXED! I disabled "NAT Acceleration" and it instantly was better. This setting must have been enabled with some firmware update.
So I have been beating my head against a wall trying to figure out the source of this problem. Anytime I am on LTE and try to access the BI app it takes forever to load (see video). When I connect it to home wifi OR connect it to my VPN (over LTE) it works great.
The router I am using is: RT-ACRH13
Things I've tried:
Rebooting router and modem
Fully reset router and modem
Made sure "Enable DoS protection" is turned off
Disabled for testing Windows firewall
Unplugged all but 1 camera (to see if they were putting a strain on the network)
Updated router to latest firmware
Also, this problem happens on my iPad, wifes iPhone and my Android phone so its not an app problem. Its an ongoing problem that has been going on now for about 2 months
