I'm in the market for some new tool storage boxes. I've been looking at the Dewalt tough system or Dewalt tstak. Tough system looks more durable but twice the price. Currently have a couple bags that get way to much stuff in them.

Would like one of the drawer units along with an organizer and big box. Any ideas?

Looking to carry tons of screwdrivers, punch down tools, network testers various screws, faceplates, impact gun, drill, 12v screw gun, who knows what else

Hi Pal251

If you're interested in the Dewalt modular boxes, look up Tanos Systainer who made the original boxes with everyone else either copying or licensing their design. I was just about to splash out on quite a few of their modular boxes when I found that Kincrome had also released them which suited me much better being they were just slightly larger which held power tools much more comfortably.

Have a look at their site here and check to see where the dealers are in the states. http://www.tanos.de/001/En/Home/The_systainer/Organising.html

I don't think there is any us dealers, I'll look. I've heard the sustainers are pricy

Yes they are pricey which was ultimately the dealbreaker for me. I picked up these instead

https://www.kincrome.com.au/product/K7680/tool-stacker-case-sml---128mm

and I got these to go with a couple of the boxes https://www.kincrome.com.au/product/K7685/tool-stacker-castor-pack

I'm not sure of availability in the States but it looks like you can buy them off ebay.com from Australia with free shipping.

If you did go down this route, I'd suggest buying from Discount Trader as I've bought $$$$ worth of tools from him over the years and know him personally. He's a great bloke to deal with.

p.s. I don't get anything from recommending him to you either. :)

Oh cool, we have a similar style mobile toolbox set from Stanley Tools. It's more of a chest with added toolboxes not like the Dewalt or any of the systainer copy boxes which are modular.

They are pretty good to work out of as I used to use one when I was an apprentice.

Edit: I worked out the Dewalt toughboxes are modular and the standard ones you mentioned are like what you bought. My bad.

I can send a link to them if your interested.

I filled up the big roling box and the small box. Yet to touch the middle box. Need a way to carry my fish sticks around. Have to rig up an attachment to hook them to the cart.

I appreciate the offer but I'm sorted with my setup.

This is the setup in my van that I work out of and I transport to and from it with Kincrome modular cases.

Fmflex that's a nice setup. If I did this for a real job I would definitely have a van
