Ds-7216HUHI-K2 (branded) problem with hikvison firmware - no result after upgrade without errors

Hi,
I am always buying branded hikvision dvr's and put original firmware, always without problem. At this time I have 2 dvr's : 7216HUHI-K2 and similary but 8CH : 7208HUHI-K2. As always I upgrade 7208 with hik firmware, but I can't do it with 7216. I tryied 3 files, always I have reading file, upgrading file, reboot and without change - firmware is still the same. When I was upgrading 7208, upgradfing indicator was moving slowly, about 1 minute, at 7216 it takes about 15s, and going restart without problem. Any idea where is the problem? thx.
 
 
What is the current your firmware?
Possible your 7216HUHI-?2 - not Turbo HD 4.0? Are you sure? Maybe F2?
 
As I wrote - yesterday I tried to upgrade with dedicated firmware for this model ( from seller, not hikvision firmware, but branded firmware ) and the same - upgrade process without errors, but without result. It looks like K2 - F2 looks totally different. I don't want to try upgrade via RS, because it is new, tommorow I will try to check firmware update at different one ( at distributor ), we will see:)
 
Will see tommorow with other dvr is it the same result. I Don't want to use TTL if I don't have to:) It is under warranty, I think it is faulty one...
