Sony IP camera

Hello!

Any owners of Sony Ipela cameras out there? Can't open the web interface but can ping the camera via cmd in Windows.

I don't have that cam but since you're a first-time poster (we say "n3wB' affectionately), I'll ask a basic question:

What steps have you taken to insure that the IP you are pinging is the cam's IP?

there is a special software for that, made by Sony: SNCtoolbox. It can see my camera all right, with the ip address, port, name, etc.
But if i'm trying to update the firmware, it says: no network connection.
