cpu at 100%

I have the latest version of B.I.4, my cpu usage has usually been around 30% but i just noticed that now its at 100%. i havent made any changes so does anyone know what might have happened?
 
If restarting Blue Iris (or the computer) helps but it goes back up to 100% over time then it is probably what @NoloC pointed out. If you restart and it is already at 100% right away then it is something else and you'll need to narrow it down by disabling cameras or something.
