Just about to order HDD for this mode. Can anyone tell me will it fit 3.5inch or 2.5inch drive?

It's 3.5" , get ONLY surveillance-rated (like WD Purple)
Do you know the max size you can get?


EDIT: specs say 6TB max.

Seagate Skyhawk 3.5". I've got 4tb for my mom, 6tb myself, 6tb for my sister, and just got an 8tb for my in-law. All of them running along for more than 2 years.

Are you saying 8TB hdd works in this model regardless the spec'd 6TB maximum?
