Hello guys. Last week I'm install the system VTO2000A + Vth1660ch something strange happend. I think the reason is when I changed the default vto unit password from "admin" to custom password.after that The camera stop working from the monitor. And the unlock button changed the appearance and not respond to click button to open electric lock. The electric button Can use only from the gdmss application. Somebody know this situation and can give solution? also the gdmss app not respond when someone call in vto outside I use at last version. Gdmss+ for android. Push notification not working.

Hi @dudi33, I also ran into a couple of strange issues with my VTO/VTH combo (see full thread here: [Review] VTO2000A & VTH1550CH & VTNS1060A Intercom Kit)

My advice would be to revert to a "known" working situation:
- factory default the VTO (unhook from the wall, press anti-hijack-button 5 times - in between the alarm you should hear a distinct dual-beep (bipbip), then it is reset)
- factory default the VTH

Then re-install everything (with the default IPs) OR use Dahua VDPConfig tool to set the correct IPs.
Then use the VTH to discover the VTO, and connect both in the discovery menu.

At this moment in time, test the communications VTO->VTH and VTO->phone. Are push notifications working?
If not working, something else is wrong. If all is good, thén continue changing the passwords (you can do that for VTO in webservices, for VTH on screen).

Tell us where you got stuck, and we'll work from there.

Good luck!

Thank you for your reply... :) what is mean anti-hijack button... Where is location of this button? . At last time I do factory reset from the webservices. After that the system back to work normal. I keep trying to change the admin default password and The problem was repeated. Maybe is the reason for push notification problem too. May I try the button reset. I upload the situation in the monitor screen. Thank you...

Interesting story.

So you say:
- you reset VTO to defaults (admin/admin)
- hook connect VTO with VTH
- push works / pickup works
- you change VTO password
- things break down again

Is that correct?

What I would do then, is change the sequence:
1) reset VTO to defaults (admin/admin)
2) do NOT (yet) hook up VTH, but change password in VTO webservice
3) THEN let the VTH discover the VTO, and put the "new" admin password in the connection screen
4) fingers crossed this works!

Hooray?
CC :p
PS anti hijack button is "factory default" on the VTO, similar button as in this picture:
number1
--> it makes sure that your VTO siren is yelling when someone disassembles the VTO from your wall.

Don't be frightened when the siren goes off, just "continue" pressing that button 5 times until you year that "bipbip". Then you can pull ethernet cable, wait a bit and plug it back in, screws in wall and hoppa!
