This vehicle rolled back down the hill due to a dead battery. Looks like a portable jump starter was used to start the car. The close up video is from a license plate camera.

I've waited for hours before, hoping a good Samaritan would come along and help ME with MY car problem. Next time I'll put on a hot pink, tight-fitting top and some Daisy Dukes...maybe my luck will improve!

The microphone is shared from another camera, a Dahua IPC-HDW5231R-ZE, which has a built-in one.
