IVMS-4500 Connection Failed

I reinstalled my system at my new home. Got everything up and running but get connection failed when pulling up my cam. The cam shows up on the app. DDNS is normal. I have spectrum and port forwarded everything correctly, it think. it works well on local wifi, not remote. Anyone had this issue? Tips? Thank you in advance.
 
If you had it working before, it sounds like you know what your doing. You must be missing something. Check all your settings again, make sure your not forwarding that same port to anything else. Check spelling closely on your ddns entry on the app. Be sure your entering the external port number in the app, not internal
 
DDNS status is normal. I forwarded all ports but I think it has to do with spectrum router. Has to be blocking something. Im going to reassign ports and see.
