Only one of two cameras seem to work with Sentry

I'm running BI4 with Sentry alarms enabled.

Up until today I've used the Trial version of Sentry. I figured that was why only of the cameras seemed to be working with Sentry.

Today I went and bought the 10-camera license. But it still seems like BI is not sending any pictures to Sentry for analysis. The BI status window show no Sentry replies when alarms trigger on that cam.

Any ideas?

Go into each camera under the trigger- artificial intelligence and uncheck and re-check the box for Sentry. This has happened to me in the past, especially when going from trial to paid.

I already did that. Maybe I should try disabling in all profiles under both cameras? And then re-checking all boxes again after a restart.

That may work depending on if you’re running an older version of BI. I had to disable and enable Sentry on each profile several versions ago, but not in newer versions. Let me know if that works for you.

If there is still an issue with your license open a ticket by sending an email to support@smarthomesentry.com. Reference this IPCAMTALk dialog as well.
