Looks like a guy in a white panel truck is chasing it. He eventually gives up and drives off after looking at the cat that was temporarily dropped by the coyote.

At the very end of the second segment you can see the coyote dropping the cat while being chased by the guy in the white truck. After the guy in the white truck leaves for good the coyote comes back and picks up the cat and takes off again. When the guy in the white truck comes by the final time he is on the opposite side of the road and stops and looks at the cat. I guess he decided it was dead and drives off.
wow i thought cats would put up a good fight. Some dogs won't mess with a cat. Maybe it was a kitten it looked small..

The cat did not look fully grown to me either. It could be a feral cat. I also posted the video on the Nextdoor.com site, but I have not seen any replies as to may own the cat.
