"Wait until triggered at least" setting advice

I'd like to know if others have used this setting to help with reducing false alerts related to shadows from trees blowing in the wind. If so, what setting did you find worked well? Thanks!

Every location/situation is different. All you can do is try it and test.
I have a couple of locations here that I use it with good success.

Thanks @looney2ns... when I noticed my setting it showed 5 triggers per second. Is that the default?
