DS-7716NXI-I4/16P/4S stuck in NVR 3.0?

Can anyone confirm? My DS-7716NXI-I4/16P/4S came preloaded with NVR 3.0 and it's still running what looks like NVR 3.0 after upgrading the firmware. Shouldn't it have NVR 4.0 since it's a current model? Appreciate anyone who can help

"Looks like"? What firmware is the NVR running on exactly?
My NXI NVR was preloaded with GUI 4.0.
This is the most up to date firmware from Hikvision USA

@coney27 Yes, that's the firmware version I downloaded and installed from the Hikvision USA site. My GUI still looks like this (when logging in directly to the NVR browser interface). It doesn't read "NVR 4.0" in the upper left corner and the menu options don't match up to what I would expect for NVR 4.0. But I'm also a little new at this so I'm happy to be corrected.

Access your NVRs GUI directly not through your pc. And if you go into configuration; system; system settings; basic info, it will state your firmware version.
