Outdoor POE camera for high-quality video Car Build Progress?

What POE camera should I get for this? $150 max budget.

I'm rebuilding my truck in my driveway, as you can see in the pic below.
I want an outdoor POE color camera for high-quality video documentary purposes.
I'm not quite sure what camera angle type I should look for?
Like, apeture and wide-angle type information.

I want the full engine bay in view.
And I'd like to have audio as well.
I'm using a 1Gb POE switch + BlueIris recording onto a 7200 RPM HDD.

The camera will be mounted on the wood frame above my garage door and pointing down into the engine bay area of my truck.
It'll be nine feet from the center of the engine bay.
What camera or camera-specs should I be looking for?

In short your intended purpose and budget are not compatible.

I may be misreading his intent here, but the audio quality on the turret is not what I would call useful for high-quality video documentary purposes.

Ahh, no the audio quality is not a priority. Mono audio that is limited in range would be fine.
I just want quality video where you can get as much resolution as possible to make out what's going on.
Like, comparable to my two-year old Google Pixel cellphone video.
Which is 100,000x better than the video of my "1080P" Armcrest security camera.

Well the 5442 Turret is a good camera, It will do 25 frames per second at up to 20Mb/s and it has audio. For best quality video set it to Constant Bit Rate and 20Mb/s.

Mono audio that is limited in range would be fine.

Your problem won't be a lack of range, but too much range. The mike is very sensitive. I'd be looking to start with the gain right down, and the bitrate right up, and experiment until you are capturing the best quality audio for your needs.

At less than 3m with up to 12mm of zoom, that won't be an issue. Depth of field could be an issue but you can increase depth of field by closing down the iris.

That's the fixed lens baby brother. You want the Varifocal ZE. @EMPIRETECANDY is the man to speak to. There don't appear to be any up on his Aliexpress store presently.

Thanks, I had just realized the fixed vs. non-fixed as you posted!
Having a heck of a time finding a non-fixed.
But at least now I have something to search for and will find it or get in touch with @EMPIRETECANDY about it.

I found it too good. It was capturing conversations from inside the room the camera was outside. Not what I had intended. Need to play with the gain settings a little more.

FWIW, I have two fixed lens T5442's installed. One is 6mm and the other is 2.8mm. Here are shots so you can gauge the FOV:

I also have the 2.7-12mm varifocal yet to be installed. Realize that a varifocal cam is NOT a PTZ cam. The varifocal motor (zoom) is not designed to be run often. It is meant for you to use it to find your desired FOV and then leave it.
