Not sure why my camera was alerting me of but when I checked I found this girl digging at some hole in her chest with a pair of scissors. I won't post all the clip as it gets even more explicit when she realises the light outside my house LED Street light is brighter than the sign light.

I think you have hit the nail on the head and further into the video she goes from digging with the scissors to actually cutting the skin off but a little to graphical to show.
