It would appear that this model has been removed and I was curious if its no longer supported? I only got mine 12 months ago...
Hikvision's web sites are like that. For the life of me I can't figure out why their web presence is so disorganized. It seems every "region" has a separate web site, rather than 1 centralized website with language-specific pages.
For example, if I go look for firmware for my DS-2CD2385G1-I, I can find 4 different versions as the "latest" version depending on which site I go to. I can also go to some sites where I can't find any reference to this camera at all.
Strangely, I find the most up-to-date firmware on the russian site usually, rather than the US, Europe, or UK sites.

I'll try to attach the Hikvision EOL list from 2019 & 2020. They list that model number in there, but it depends on the size of your hard drive.
