I don't think so. Fireballs would be relatively easy for a computer to identify (fast moving white dot, usually very small), but security cameras are not designed for that. In fact the more advanced the motion detector was, the more likely it would be to reject a fireball as meaningless noise. Astronomers likely have specialized software for this, but it certainly won't run on a typical IP camera.
