two alerts per tripwire?

hi all

set up 1 tripwire but get two alerts and two emails per event. "tripwire" and "tripwire end" anyway to just get 1 alert per event? I deleted all the ivs rules and just set 1 to test but result the same

Nope, that’s how Dahua manages alerts.
I suppose you could get creative with email rules and send the follow up email to the trash bin automatically… I know some here have done that.
