It's safe to say the war started by Russia on Ukraine has show cased how poorly trained the Russian military is. This is only out classed by their absolutely brutal hardware and equipment. Every time I think the dirty Russians can't break a new barrier of stupid.

I am soundly proven wrong . . .

My guess would be that the missile didn't travel far enough or long enough to arm itself, so no boom from the warhead.
