Hikvision DS-9516N login and browser problem

Dear Forum Members,

I would like to ask for help. Unfortunately, I can't access a Hikvision DS-9500.
The before life history of the recorder is unknown.
The DVR has a static ip address. Can be pinged.
Http Login screen available.
Either browser does nothing but wait after entering login information (web component installed). (ie, edge, chrome, ff). win10 x64, win7 x64
old firefox v32.0
When i am entered login data, and press "Login" it is only still...: noting get error message, nothing reload, nothing blank page... nothing happened

Access the DVR via serial port, is OK.

SADP tool detects.
IVMS 4200 accepts the default admin login. Apparently connected to the recorder.

LocalServiceComponents installed (win10 64bit & win7 64bit)
What could be the problem? Why can't I access it in any browser?

ps: unfortunately I can't find a firmware download for it either

try with palemoon browser, can be portable version, for me this solves 99% problems with ie activex $hit, nowadays its even hard to run native original iexplore.exe and not running egde instead, the only way i know is to launch ie is via onvif device manager
