The FBI Raids Mar-a-Lago: What We Know (Feds Packed and Shipped the 15 Boxes to Mara Lago)

Welcome to Day 565 of the Banana Republic of Biden! The country where former presidents get their homes raided by FBI agents for misplaced souvenirs while the Secret Service protects Hunter Biden in a rented mansion in Malibu!

Miranda Devine’s piece yesterday in the New York Post contains several important clues regarding the FBI raid on President Trump’s Mar-A-Lago estate.

President Trump kept 15 boxes of memorabilia from his first term in the White House in a basement storage room.

According to Miranda Devine:

The boxes contain documents and mementos from Trump’s presidency, reportedly including letters from Barack Obama and Kim Jong Un, and other correspondence with world leaders.

A legal source said that the boxes had been packed up by the General Services Administration and shipped to Mar-a-Lago when Trump left office in January 2020.

That’s right, folks: the federal government itself (GSA) had collected and shipped these boxes of signed autographs and keepsakes to President Trump in January.

Four months later, the FBI was already harassing President Trump about these boxes that were shipped to him by the federal government in January...

My Comment: So the government packed up all of this stuff and shipped it to Mar-a-Lago. I have to wonder how many of the boxes have even been opened.

Does the president have 'the ability to declassify anything at any time'?

One of the members of Congress who commented after the newspaper’s revelations was Sen. James Risch, R-Idaho. According to CNN, he told reporters, "The minute the president speaks about it to someone, he has the ability to declassify anything at any time without any process."

The majority ruling in the 1988 Supreme Court case Department of Navy vs. Egan -- which addressed the legal recourse of a Navy employee who had been denied a security clearance -- addresses this line of authority.

"The President, after all, is the ‘Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States’" according to Article II of the Constitution, the court’s majority wrote. "His authority to classify and control access to information bearing on national security ... flows primarily from this constitutional investment of power in the President, and exists quite apart from any explicit congressional grant."

My comment: Game, set match!

I really think this is about him having docs that clearly implicate the FBI AND Others, in the whole Crossfire Hurricane Russia hoax which has been categorically proven to be false and an attempt to bring down a sitting President. That and they are beginning to see he may just win in 2024 if he were to run. They're scared shitless.
I just wanted to see this in text again. It reads so clearly and makes so much sense. Bolded last sentence my edit.
I've said it before, they are scared shitless, and they have no weapons left, except for maybe assassination.
And believe it or don't, they tried that a few times while Trump was POTUS. They failed every time.
Trump knows, he has proof of their crimes, and they know it.

FBI, R.I.P?
Real Clear Politics, by Victor Davis Hanson

Posted By: Moritz55, 8/12/2022 7:15:24 AM

The FBI is dissolving before our eyes into a rogue security service akin to those in Eastern Europe during the Cold War. Take the FBI's deliberately asymmetrical application of the law. This week the bureau surprise-raided the home of former President Donald Trump – an historical first. A massive phalanx of FBI agents swooped into the Trump residence while he was not home, to confiscate his personal property, safe, and records. All of this was over an archival dispute of presidential papers common to many former presidents. Agents swarmed the entire house, including the wardrobe closet of the former first lady. Note we are less than 90 days out from a midterm election

The following is a prime example of what anons call 'hopium'.
This is the kind of stuff we just blast right past without a second thought.
It is ignored and bypassed like all the other worthless crap that gets posted at the kun.
Believe it or not, this actually captures some peoples' attention.
Those people have a lot yet to learn.

Trump card is coming.

There are government officials (classified) currently holding documents and legal actions proving that Donald Trump not only won the election but is currently the rightful President of the United States.

They have been told to activate the moment Donald Trump is officially placed under arrest.

Their actions are the Trump Card. When proven once and for all, Donald Trump will be in the position to begin the military response to the seditious and treasonous actors currently occupying the Capitol.

Government officials are currently classified for their safety. They are in positions capable of enforcing their actions, and ambiguous enough to post publicly.

It would behoove them to cease their tirade on Trump. What has been prepared is airtight. They have been warned.
I'm only posting this here to provide examples of how bad it gets.

If anyone really thinks that any 'nuclear codes' were in Trumps possession, they are quite stupid. Do you really think that they have not been changed in almost two years? I am fairly certain they change daily.
Nope.. Biden is given the same codes every day but he thinks they are new codes. Plus he has a post-it-note with the numbers on his night stand just in case he forgets where the the football is.
