Pretty much as the title suggests. Things to note:-

1) Camera went offline all of a sudden yesterday
2) I have 4 Hik IP cameras and all 4 show on the SADP tool and in my router list but...
3) The 4th (offline) camera appears in SADP about 15 seconds after the other 3 which show instantly
4) I can log-in to 3 of them as usual and they are displaying fine on phone and web portal
5) The router shows the offline cam it and I can ping it perfectly fine
6) I have tried different browsers although that is a bit pointless as the other 3 are fine
7) I have rebooted the router and it gives the disconnected/offline one an IP address
8) All cameras are POE to a switch
9) If I have to reboot the camera it's a ladder standing on one foot :)

Any way to get this back online before the ladder solution!

Thanks :)

If you run a persistant ping to the problem camera, and then reboot it (by interrupting the POE for it) leave it for 10 minutes.

There should be a period where it is booting you will get packet loss. Aside from that, is there any packet loss?

This will be an indication if it is rebooting itself, or a network/power issue.

Also when it shows on SADP, does it have the expected firmware version shown?

Do you have a spare PoE switch to isolate the troubled camera? If not, try disconnecting or powering off all the other functioning cameras and see if you are able to access it.

Welcome to IPCT !

Hopefully the responses above will bear fruit so you DON'T have to get out that ladder but....
Maybe an RJ-45 connector / corrosion issue or cable issue is the culprit.
If you wind up having to get out that ladder, before you hard reset the cam I'd inspect the connection(s), especially the cam's so-called "waterproof" connector.
If it looks clean perhaps you can swap in a known good cable to temporarily bypass the cable it's on completely. I have a couple of 75 ft. cables and one male-to-male coupler (female RJ-45 on both ends) for just such a troubleshooting measure.
