I assume you tried a different, operating port on the camera and another good cable. If so and no joy,
What is make and model of...
  • IP camera?
  • POE injector?
  • POE switch?

I remember to say wire've cut in middle of path and I used extender connector for reaching cable to my switch network

Consider running a new, working patch cable wired to T-568B spec on both ends OR T-568A spec on both ends from switch to camera to bypass your "extender connector". The POE injector works possibly because it is passive or Mode B (pins 4/5 for positive DC and pins 7/8 for negative DC ) and the switch's POE scheme is a different mode, such as Mode A where power is on pins 1/2 for positive DC and pins 3/6 for negative DC. It's also possible there is an issue with the cable you said you "...cut in middle of path and I used extender connector."

BTW, more info regarding POE ==>> Power Over Ethernet Wikipedia
