If you own a Hubitat home automation, check this thread out. A developer released a driver for Hubitat that will support Dahua / Amcrest camera even the doorbell with push button event support.

I tried this and found it very unstable. It really doesn’t offer anything that BI doesn’t already have.

The camera device caused free memory on the hub to decrease and the database to increase significantly. I've been communicating with Tom to see if he can figure out why this is occuring.

The developer spent a lot of time working on this today and it is now running the way it is supposed to. For anyone using this there is a new version available on HPM.
