Are there any guides for using (Video Game Joysticks) As PTZ Controllers?

I keep reading online about people using joysticks, xbox controllers, etc to control the PTZ on BI. I can't seem to find any guilde or walkthrough on how to do it.

I've got a spare Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS lying around and figured why not give it a shot.

Anywhere anyone can point me?

I did do a lot of searching and checked through the wiki but I couldn't find exactly what I'm looking for. Where exactly are you pointing to?

Where I am now is - I have the joystick detected in BI, and it just says "Calibrate before you can use it" I calibrate it, and still can't use it or figure out how to bind keys. Do you have a link to a specific page?

Allow me to be more specific - I specifically am referring to page 197 of the BI help file.. it just tells you to do where I am currently at. Nothing beyond that.
