Not sure exactly where to post this, because I'm not sure where the problem lies.
I have a 4K color cam as a weather cam that is pushing images to Ambient Weather by FTP. Ambient creates an mpg from the images which is kind of cool.
There is a problem with the FTP images where the image resolution is diminished every so often. You can see this by looking at the time stamp in the bottom right corner which becomes enlarged. Seems to happen near the top of the hour.
Any ideas on what is causing this and how to correct?
Also notice the burnout in the sky from damage from direct sun exposure.
