Help Identify NVR

Hi, I was hoping someone here could help identify my nvr . I would like to upgrade the firmware so I have the latest security patches installed. I have searched and tried a LTS fir,ware but get a mismatch error. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

Yes it's defiantly a Hikvision OEM NVR but i can seem to get any firmware to flash.

Just recognize you could brick it.

It is best to obtain firmware from the seller.

It could be a Chinese region NVR that will brick or go into Chinese.

That one says 12MP I believe the one I have is only 8MP. I sent them a message asking about firmware about 2 weeks ago but no response.

NVR's are not considered secure around here, regardless of the Firmware.
Friendly advice....probably leave it alone there is not a clear path to Distributors support channels.

Use as is. probably installed by a security type outfit, and unless your their customer they may not bother with you.

Ok thank you. I did see some other posts for the same looking unit with version 4 updates working so I will keep looking and see what I come up with. Thank you again.

If your network is properly secured, you don't need to worry about security updates.
