I don't know what is going on. My password no longer works on my HIKVISION DS-2CD2232-I5. The camera shows up under the SADP tool and has a static IP address and if I type its IP address into a web browser, I see its log-in page but it keeps telling me wrong password. Is there a reset switch inside the camera or how do I reset it? Thanks in advance for any help.

Well there is sticky thread above how to pw reset.
But before that try 12345. If its old fw and if anyone did actually factory it, it should be 12345.
Also if my memory serves me well, if you unscrew 4 bolts you should see a reset button.
