How can I make this after market analog Dahua PTZ work with my Dahua NVR?

+1^^.
Or a $55 AHD-CVI/TVI/CVBS-to-HDMI adapter and just watch its video on a monitor or TV.

If you have an old monitor or TV with a composite (yellow RCA analog /CVBS) input you possibly won't even need that to view.

An encoder and probably another pair of wires for control.
Thank you!

My desk space is already a mess. I was hoping I could plug it in to my NVR and view the cam on that monitor with some kind of encoder.

I have the DVR that goes with the camera. I was hoping that I could view the cam on the monitor that goes to my NVR.
I have very little room on my desk area.
But,
Thanks!
