NVR stopped working after power outage - DS-7616NXI-K2

Hi everyone,
I'm having trouble getting my NVR (DS-7616NXI-K2) back online after an unexpected power outage.
The main issue is that I can't get an IP address assigned to the NVR.
Here's what I've observed:
  • The LAN port shows a link light, indicating a physical connection.
  • I'm not seeing any activity on the network from the NVR (no IP address assigned, no web interface accessible).
  • I tried to reflash the firmware using TFTP, but even then, the NVR doesn't seem to be requesting an IP from the TFTP server (I followed the manual and set the server to 192.0.0.64 with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0).
Has anyone experienced something similar or have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this further?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
 
Have you tried SADP to see if it can find the NVR via its MAC address?
